Fabric Sourcing
We will inquire what sort of cloth composition and weight you are searching for. Our fabric consultant will find the perfect denim for your purpose. The sample will be sent with generic trim unless you offer your own branded trim. You may also select from one of our reduced development packages. Of cause the trim development also be acceptable
Sample Making
The estimated time to get a sample is 7-10 days, however, this might vary based on whether the current samples are complicated or not. The sample turnaround time begins after a fabric is chosen. When ordering a sample for the first time, we suggest making one piece per style. after the first sample is received and any problems are worked out, more colors or washes can be ordered with confidence in a flawless fit.
Sample Pricing
JUAJEANS offers custom denim sample making and development based on the needs of their clients. The costs of samples vary depending on factors such as fabric, manufacturing method, and wash impact. If you require any additional specific requirements, please get in touch with us and we’ll provide a more comprehensive example estimate based on our extensive expertise.
Sample Cost
For a sample of regular jeans, we’ll charge $50 per piece. For a sample of a denim jacket, we’ll charge $60 per piece.
If you need special fabrics, like Cordura denim, Dyneema, and other special fabrics, we also can find them for you. but sample cost will be different.
Special Demands
Printing design
Embroidery etc…
If you want to add some crafts on jeans like printing, and embroidery. You just need to send us your pattern, we will quote you the pattern development fee according to size, number of colors changes
Sample Accessories
If you want your own brand of accessories, like buttons, leather patches, flag labels, hangtags, etc., we have to charge an extra sample cost per mold during the sample stage.
Sample Shipping
All samples will be sent by DHL, UPS, or FedEx express.
After the samples are sent, you will get them within 7 days.
The shipping cost will be $30–$40. (If the sample quantity is more than 2 pieces, the shipping fee needs to be recalculated )
